Do you like the Harry Potter books or movies more?

The books were better, though it would be pretty difficult to make movie adaptations better than they were without each one being 3 hours long and/or split in two. Supposedly, they're remaking the original books in TV series format that is supposed to be more "book-accurate." I have serious doubts about any modern retelling of anything being of decent quality, however.
I don't really know because I haven't seen any of the movies except for a little bit of the first one.
I would've been right in the target audience for the first couple of books but they just weren't on my radar. By the time I heard about it, I was a bit too old and more interested in more mature themed literature. I had one friend who was into the books and he was a similar personality to me, so I would say it's possible I would probably enjoy the books more.

Neither. That shit is whack. Or as my friend put it "Harry Potter is basically the dying hallucinations of a kid living under the stairs, suffering carbon monoxide poisoning."
Tolkien all the way, FTW!
I like the books more since they are more detailled and they involve parts the movies don´t show. I generally prefer books over movies since books encourage my creativity more.
books.
Movies are okay, but nothing beats the books.
Haven't read the books. I watched some of the first movie but fell asleep halfway through lol
The books but the films were fantastic, but i always say books over films.
I like the movies. I don't care for the books.

Books! They are waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay better.
More than what?
