No, it is good to have multiple talents. Multitasking is a different story. People really cannot Multitasking. They can only do one rank, then stop it and switch to another one. It is very inefficient to do it and you end up doing multiple things badly
Having talent is a good thing it should not be icky. If you think that way, maybe you should see a specialist not trying to hurt anybody’s feelings, but I don’t see the correlation between touching your food on your plate and having multiple talents not the same thing, not even close in my opinion only have a great day.

It would be sad to only have one talent
