Can you be decent AND gifted at the same time?

This scene from the movie Steve Jobs. The Apple guy was known as a bit o a jerk to work for but people around him also can't deny his talents... but this scene asks us to wonder can a person be both gifted and decent at the same time? as in yes you are very talented but also a decent fellow human being to those around you? Have you known anyone like this in life?

Yeah there's plenty of companies with asshole CEO's and project manager's that make employees code and build things for the company then they claim rights to all the work that the employees put into the project and kick the employee who build a very well designed project put of the company once the product is completed.

If you look at Instagram it used to be a great product with passionate owner until Mark Zuckerberg bought the rights to it and then it gradually went down hill because he's just a dick using someone else's work that he doesn't understand to make money and eventually failing with.

That's very common in corporate.

I've never met anyone like this. I don't believe that being both is possible. Talented and/or rich people are arrogant.
