People ask this question about the next MJ, Whitney, etc. thinking the next year or two maybe 5 years but maybe it might take a lot longer than that maybe 25-30 years even 40... a lot of us might be elderly before we see another MJ... you never know

Or In terms of artistry, no. He just had a God-given gift that isn't just given to anyone. You will never get music that is like his again and with the internet, social media and all the new platforms trends come and go and so do the stars. The persistence of fame is kinda dying out?

Some of my fave artists— Beyonce, Shakira, Usher, Enrique, Taylor and Bruno Mars— have definitely made names for themselves… with 4 of them standing out since the 90s. And a lot of them are influenced by Whitney, Selena and MJ’s greatness so they keep it alive
