What are some good dark romance books for beginners?

If you don't know me, I absolutely love romantic books/novels! Lately I've heard about dark romance books but was warned that some aren't for beginners. What are some series that I can start off with? I'm not sure if I like dark romance books or not, but only one way to find out. But I have my book list ready to write down.

What do you mean by dark romance you mean fantasies rough fantasies?

What dark romance contains themes of: Kidnapping, revenge, etc. Most will have trigger warnings. But I'm not sure which ones to start with. I know "Haunting Adeline" is definitely not one to start with (and not sure if I'd ever want to read it). But I would like some enemies to lovers ones if you know of any.

That’s over my head. I’m not into that stuff it’s probably not a good idea to fill your head with that kind of trash. No I don’t know if any of those kind of stories.
