He likes Fallout (it's a video game with a character named Vault Boy which is the character in the photo.) This is just the sketch. I'll paint it soon.

It’s looking good so far! Just make sure you got a decent background to complement the Vault Boy.


You can use more yellows, blues, whites, and blacks to create something appealing like a Fallout-style poster-looking painting.


Given enough Fallout references, I think you’ll be able to create something pretty cool.


If you want to try something else from Fallout, Nuka-Cola would also be a very solid choice. 🙂

I hope there's going to be more to the painting, like lots of different colours and patterns. Seems meaningless unless the painting is evidently the friend or someone they know.
