Which would be less painful an outer forearm or lower back that is not on the spin tattoo ?

Impossible to say. Everyone’s pain tolerance is different. I was told that my sternum/chest would be extremely painful to get tattooed. I found it to be painless, I almost fell asleep during the tattoo. But then when I got above my knee tattooed, I was told that it’s a relatively painless area, yet I was holding my leg down and struggling to keep still because it was excruciating!!


I can’t tell you whether your outer forearm or lower back will be less painful. No one else has the same pain tolerance as you or the same skin. It’s something you’ll have to find out for yourself.
