How often do you go out to Bars and Clubs?

I recently saw a discussion about clubbing and nightlife in America and was surprised by the comments. Curious what g@g thinks.

The discussion I referred to was in regards to how many people “went out” to bars and clubs and how post Covid, a lot of these establishments have seen a sharp decline in popularity.

On that poll it was 79% that rarely if ever went to bars or clubs. This poll is roughly 86%, so it’s a similar pattern.

When I was younger that was all anyone ever did. Seems that trend is on the way out.

I have no need to hang out at a bar or strip club if I just enjoy that scene. Hey with all due respect enjoy yourself with this man. Here refers to the company of his woman at home drinking. Don't have to worry about no red and blue lights. Don't have to worry about hitting someone on a bike cuz we're at home making love as we enjoy our spirits from the plans that God gave us appeals to me. I mean what do you have? A bunch of sad faces? Everybody just hungover stories about how they wound up in a goddamn bar drunk. It's not for me. I mean I got nothing against it but it's just not for me. If I'm going to get drunk I'd rather do that at home

I go once in a while; I'm more likely to go out if I'm in the mood for a quick tryst, etc.

My clovers years and as a foreign student. I went with my fiends. It was fun to hang out with friends and dancing. I don’t drink so that was a good thing.
since I don’t drink and have a family, we have no reason to go to bars or clubbing anymore.

we will hit up a brewery once or twice a month, and my wife has a girls night out at a local bar about the same frequency. If we have a date night, it's usually a nice restaurant with a late dinner reservation.

UK here. We don't have bars, we have pubs. I still go to the pub occasionally. I used to go quite regularly until I turned 40.
