How do you drown in a hot tub? I get that it's technically possible but... huh?

Maybe the toxicology report will tell us. I've slipped getting into a hot tub before. It was one of those built into the ground and it was tiered steps for seats and I missed the step. I almost ate concrete. So yeah, it is possible.
