I don't know, just thinking out loud… it’s like an all-new level of celebrity almost. Where as some (more traditional) celebrity figures can come across and remain fairly humble, a lot of YouTube and Internet personalities have visible metrics and constant interactions to a very high degree… it has to go to their heads pretty quickly, I would think.

And again, not all I’m sure… but one can see how this could drastically inflate an ego, no?
