I just got out of watching Killers of the Flower Moon and wow, what a powerful movie. very sad too. I can see a few oscar noms for the main actors next year for this one. Highly recommend it.

At my husband's urging, I watched Field of Dreams with him. It's like The Notebook, but for guys. It was OK, but I'm not a sports nut (my husband is though).

I was going to see Killers of the Flower Moon when it first came up, until I found out it's 3.5 hours long with no intermission. A pox on the producers and director. On a good day, I have a two-hour bladder, but it's much less now that I have a fetus who takes great delight in punching my bladder whenever I'm sitting still. I'll have to wait until it comes out on one of the streaming services, so I can press pause when I need to.

This isn’t super recent, but oldest and I saw the Barbie movie in the theater and we both really liked it. Lol. He is 11 and starting to get some of the adult humor woven into movies. During the Ken “beach off” scene he whispered to me “well that is inappropriate.” 🤣
