The real question is why are you searching for videos of people falling to their deaths. I think falling in movies is popular because it extends the death scene giving the villain time to reflect on what he's done and the upcoming consequence.

Here's the real creepy thing. Last night I'm under the cleddau bridge, a place notorious for jumpers, it's about 50m at low tide wondering how long it takes them to scare the fishes, it's around 3 seconds.

Quite a bit of effort for simple kinematic equations.

They say when you jump into water from heights, make your body into a pencil, clench your cheeks, and hit feet first. Water at that speed can rush into orifices and damage organs internally.

of course we cannot be sure he will free brother like in star trek beyond. gave what they wanted not only worse harm but killed her anyway. as uhura protested "you got what you wanted". so must not negotiate with those using terrorist methods.

No. That is I hate movies like this. I hate rom-coms. Fantasy movies are OK, but not in the context of a real life story line. I remember posting on here a little while back saying I liked the movie (500) Days of Summer. Because the movie was very realistic and relatable. Then they RUINED it by following the same old cliche storyline in the final 10 minutes. Where the guy meets the the girl who was the right person for him. Why couldn't they have just ended it with him depressed, his heart broken, and moving on with life?

@strateguy632 The topic had nothing to do with politics clearly. The difference between democrats and republicans, is you don't see us in a cult trying to praise biden everywhere we can. Because simply we are smart enough to know Biden and Trump are awful because the 2 party system sucks and will mostly always have bad choices.

Villains winning is just done less so it's better for it's uniqueness. It also has more room to set up future events.
Though I would say either can be done great, the only thing I despise in story telling is when it's just oh we stopped the enemy but they got away oh well guess we will wait for their next plans to go after them again.
Ya know just letting the bad guy live makes no sense.

I honestly kinda like seeing the good guy loose, bc honestly, the villain’s reasoning is (most of the time) heart touching and sad, or they have a good reason. And I don't know why but I start finding some good guys just too arrogant, dogmatic, and self absorbed on becoming popular

true but TIME is important. first germany invaded france later u. s. invaded germany to remove the invader. similarly the Japanese attack on pearl harbor was "not a response" to u. s. burining hiroshima. the order matters.

I question why nations were quick to appease. I also question why they were so quick to saddle all the blame on Germany at Versailles.
