I grew up on it and loved it although I preferred The Outer Limits which is similar but focused more on sci-fi and often with a big twist at the end. I haven't seen the new series yet but I've heard it's not so appealing to many of us who were fans of the original series.

I saw the movie version that came out in I think it was 1983, the one where they killed some actors on set. I didn't know that at the time I bought a ticket. Someone should have gone to jail for that "cough (John Landis) cough".
