Asked this question a couple of years back, but wanted to dust if off for another update. Covers tend to get flack, but have you heard any good covers of songs you like lately?

Honestly one I would like to see is a cover of Foghat's Slow Ride. Classic hasn't been done yet to my knowledge which would be a good way to introduce it to new generations.

So last night I rewatched one of my favorite movies. The biopic about Johnny Cash, Walk the Line.
Joaquin Phoenix plays Johnny Cash and Reese Witherspoon plays June Carter. Usually they just lip sync to the original songs in biopics but they actually recorded their own vocals for this one.

im obsessed with their version of It Ain’t Me. I’ve been listening to it all day.
Not gonna lie I’m not too familiar with Johnny Cash’s music outside this movie. So I gave the original song a listen and not gonna lie, Joaquin and Reese kinda ate John and June up with this one. I immediately turned it off and put the movie version back on lol

It is not one that I heard recently, but I have always preferred this cover of the song. I am not a huge Harry Styles fan, but he is good at what he does and I like his stuff.

I like the Roadhouse song you posted. I was never a fan pf the other two songs in general no matter who sings them but i still love Nickelback as a band
