Is star wars battlefront 2 remake on xbox one/ps4 better then the first remake star wars battlefront 1 by EA?

Yes, because its just the original with a few quality of life mods added, the combat and gameplay in general in the original was better, as was the speedy user interface, and mods only reinforced that..

The EA one has better graphics, but fails everywhere else.

The funny thing is, the beta that EA's battfront 1 had, played MUCH better than the final game did, and was even better than the old battlefront games, but EA changed it in the final release to make weapons do way more damage, which ruined the entire experience for all modes, because now you don't get warning shots anymore, you just die from being shot in the back once, with no way to react or have a gun fight.
EA's battlefront 2 did not correct this mistake, and I suspect they never will, because the change was made based on bad players complaining they couldn't one shot the AT-AT or heroes with pistols.

Yeah but i had way more fun with the EA games i mean there was more to do in them i guess

Also i could pilot vehicles just like in the old games

Guns do way too much damage in the new games, you'll only enjoy it if you like dying to an enemy you never saw repeatedly.
if get shot at, it should do chip damage like in the beta, allowing time to react and do a firefight.
But then I'm more a halo type of person that hates call of duty and other "twitch" shooters.

Movies look even better, but you can't play them.

Good graphics are nice, but they do not make a game on their own.
