Do you mind if the protagonist of the story is a woman?

They recently released the fallout series and a lot of men complained on Twitter. I wasn't surprised as I expected this reaction, what surprised me was that they didn't complain about the black characters. I liked the series, but what about you?

I fully disagree - Lucy is actually pretty good; it's Maximus and almost everything else about the Brotherhood of Steel that drags the show down hard. Granted I only watched the first two episodes so far, but the BoS and the show's pacing make up 90% of the problems. The other 10% is that it relies too much on people recognizing references to the games to understand the context and falls short on world building.

it depends, wonder woman is female main character, is awesome, in film n tv, but if it excludes men or insults men... that fits the woke agenda that is annoying. examples are m&m ads. or books n films mentioned in my mytakes.

I like strong protagonists regardless of gender so a protagonist who hunts and fishes or solves science problems is good. A protagonist who requires men to save her is boring.

Not at all... but I don't know why 90% of them have weak loser male characters around her for her to bash... because the directors failed to make her look good without making other men look bad

I only read books where the protagonist is a Male. Far more entertaining. Female protagonists are boring

It's your taste, simple. Many women also think the same and only read stories written by women and think that women are sexualized when written by men. But why do you think they are boring? Does this also apply to the character's race?
