What villains, characters and settings would you pick for a superhero trilogy?

I would do Greek mythology because it's rarely been done. Where Hades turns out to be the hero and Zeus is the villain. The setting is Olympus and the underworld, Hades. It was said that there was a rape of Persephone but that was a lie. Persephone went willing in this story and Zeus was the one to rape her mother and is the product of that rape which would be found in the story that Zeus is the villain not the hero.

Is there ever really a story where Zeus was a hero besides in Disneys Hercules.

Yeah that's true but I haven't seen any mainstream movies on Zeus being a villain.

I think marvel is making him a villain in Thor

Yeah its marvel lol. But in the DC comics Wonder woman went up against Hercules because he was using the amazons as sex slaves. I don't know how the story goes though but I’m pretty sure in the DC universe it shows the Olympian gods as evil

Also i have a feeling you also might like berserk as well. It’s really dark and gory. I personally don’t like it. I’m more of a redemption kinda guy instead of bad guy needs to be put down.

I like good guy turn Bad, good guy sacrifice himself, good guy compromise by elites then redeems, good guy refuses to sell out, etc stories and bad guy turn good or bad guy corrupt 2 more evil

For a villain I always liked the broken hero turned evil type tbh. It makes the hero stop and think for a moment. And for a setting I’d say like a magic fantasy like elves and shot or a future society has fallen apocalypse type

U mean as the hero for the whole trilo or the main villain for the whole series? For this to work you need something unique like Baron Mordo in doctor strange 1 as a secondary antihero likable character who turns bad in his arrogance.

So first movie needs a generic, somewhat substastona villain and the other guy turns bad in the sequel and the third movie could have a repeat of the second movie villain or something like that

I’d say the hero would you know be the guy with a good heart and trying to do right the right way and he ends up going up against someone like Jason Todd who notices the corruption in the system and decides the best way to handle it is through ether controlling the corrupted system or try’s to solve it with murder.
