What is an old game you miss playing?

Just about all of them I can still play; I'm WAY too out of shape for laser tag, but that's just about the only thing I can think of that's beyond me that I still really look back fondly on.

Of course, some games aren't nearly so much fun by yourself. I was HUGE into Left 4 Dead 1 and 2 a decade and change ago. Wasn't much for the versus mode, but some fan campaigns were tailored for co-op. Questionable Ethics (both the original and Alpha Test) were glorious brain-burners that would require all your skill and ability to coordinate a team to survive, let alone win. And that was on NORMAL difficulty. And Night Terror was just glorious. I mean, can YOU honestly claim to have run through the Mines of Moria, chased by a horde of zombies and knowing that your skill with a shotgun is that that stands between you and your team's annihilation?

Unfortunately, the community died out because Valve barely bothered to update the game, and since they don't know how to count to three, we'll never get more of it. The servers are still up, but they're deserted ghost towns now; everyone's moved on.

Oh, and now that I think of it, Kung-Fu Chess. That was a browser version of chess, but it was REAL-TIME; each piece had its own counter, and the stronger pieces had longer ones, and you couldn't move it if its counter was resetting. I was FANTASTIC at that game- but the service provider shut it down, and the few attempts to follow it up have all failed in one way or another.

There were a bunch. I got a lot of my artistic style that set me apart in my career from playing assassin's creed, there was something about the vibe to the cinematics that felt so special to me I used to study them very closely.

Probably the most similar thing to yours was when I spent the summer at my dad's place, I didn't know anyone there so I spent the whole time working out, getting over a girl and playing gran turismo. I had a lobby on there at the same time everyday and it got very popular. Met a lot of people on there.

None luckily, the games I love I can still play. I also have a retro PC built with parts from 2005 and a really big offline retro game collection. I love playing games from that era and when I was young I primarily grew up playing singleplayer games or multiplayer games that have bots. So I can always fire them up and play them again. The multiplayer games where you are forced to play on their servers werent as fun for me and the ones I do enjoy such as Guild Wars 2 or Forza Horizon 4 are still around.

You are also in luck, Habbo is still around so you can play it again.
