If you enjoy reading a book where and what time of the day do you prefer to do it?

I do read an aweful lot during my time off from uni.

My all time favorite part of the day is when I can take my bike for a ride on the path along the river. About half way of the 12 miles ride, there is a clearing in the woods and a bench by the river.

I would stop there and if the water of the river is not too cold I will sit on a blanket, my feet in the water and read for 30 minutes or so.

This combination is a balm for my soul and a welcoming refreshing toe dip in the water. I feel totally relaxed and calmed down before I resume the return part of the ride.

I do enjoy it tremendously. Usually, I try to go early afternoons when it is still not too hot but it is of course always depending on the weather. If I cannot go for my bike ride, then I sit in the garden and take a book, magazine or anything worth reading.

I read a lot but never books. I read throughout out the day/night. I'll be listening to a podcast and do research on a random topic that is brought up.
