No, gigantism already shortens lifespan, wrestling would shorten it even more from injuries.
Also no because its super gross to touch other dudes, and there is no wrestling league of men vs women, and even if there were, I'd not be ok with the injury risk to me or her. Plus its all rigged as to who wins, and I hate sports in general, especially rigged sports.
