Demon Slayer fans, how excited are you for the Infinity Castle arc trilogy?

I just watched the finale of the Hashira Training arc and I'm soooo hyped for the 3 Infinity Castle movies, it's going to be incredible!

I already read the manga casue it was taking too long. I'll watch it but I'm not insanely excited. I don't wanna spoil anything but in some ways I thought the ending was not as good as it could have been unrealistic, too easy, let's just say that. I like stories that make every victory feel hard and earned and in the beginning it was like that with Demon Slayer but towards the end it things go very smoothly. If you compare how the battle with the first upper rank demon went now they're on enemy territory and they're facing multiple upper rank demons as well as the final boss Muzan. Maybe they'll change it a bit in the anime we'll see.

That's true but I think the battles have gotten easier because of how strong the characters have gotten from their previous fights, it makes sense

Yeah, it was insanely good! I'm guessing it will be 1 movie a year, I think that's a reasonable guess for them to have enough time to make them as incredible as possible. It will definitely be worth the wait. Then afterwards it will be the final arc, so we'll see what they do with that when we get to it

I love the animation of the fights they are always exciting. I hope the final arc is just a series I prefer that over movies.

Yeah they are. Episodes format is great but I love the movie format for it too, I mean having 3 Infinity Castle movies is just awesome and very exciting, I can't wait to watch them in the cinema

Let’s just hope it comes sooner than later. I’m a casual fan/watcher but I’m still looking forward to how all this would come to an end (even tho I’ve already read the manga, can’t help but to spoil the ending for myself)

Honestly, if they would invest time in actually developing their characters, I would have liked it a lot more. I’m willing to bet none of them have really changed from who they were in season 1

Their experiences have definitely changed them a lot, Tanjiro, Nezuko, Muchiro, Mitsuri and Genya have changed the most. But the best thing about Demon Slayer is the absolutely amazing soundtrack, the most beautiful animation I've ever seen in anime and the incredible fights

The animation and fight choreography is great but there was no difference in their characters after three seasons. I imagine Tanjiro is still a heart-of-gold, ultra kind hero, Nezuko still has as many spoken lines as you can count on one hand in the show, and the little blonde guy is still facing his cowardice but finds enough strength to pass out and do the one move he knows really well. And the pig guy is probably still only obsessed with fighting. It’s fine if they want to keep it simple but two dimensional characters with a maguffin female little sister to protect who only fights when the plot allows her to (and that’s usually when her tits come out) is just not my cup of tea.
