Ummm.. only thing that comes to kind at the moment is the "ghost boy" on the movie Three men and a baby. They claim it was the cardboard cutout (that you can see clearly in another scene) as being Ted Danson and it tuxedo with a top hat. But if you look closely at the boy there's no top hat and he's wearing different pants. So the rumors continue to circulate.
