Anybody know how to make a video on YT? One is a song I'm just gonna add still images to, the other is a collection of songs?

On my phone I can do a series of pictures into a rolling type production. I don't know if you can input the song as I've never messed with it.

Back in my day you edited the video first and then uploaded it to YouTube.

I, pretty much, already did that with my first video a few months ago. But, the video was already made, all I had to do was load it. It's silent.
What I'm trying to do is load a song and add pictures to it but there doesn't seem to be any way I can do that.
I also wanna cull videos from YT into a collection of them to be played as one full set from start to finish by itself. (Click the first video and the others play in turn after that.)
