It's about this guy called, The Lemon Man, who goes around committing senseless crimes like, breaking into someone's house and setting their clocks back 7 minutes. He'll knock on your door and pretend to be a lemon salesman and when ha has you smell the lemon, he squeezes it and a gas leaks out that paralyzes you for a bit while he commits his crime. After the victim reports it, they decide to have the silly squad investigate it.
I don't think it's more than 15:00 long.

I think I saw it on, "Night Flight". I recorded it to VHS the only time they showed it but I lost all my VHS tapes 4 years ago when my house was taken away from me..

I was REALLY funny. I used to have a collection of those shorts and parodies, "Hardware Wars', "Closet Cases Of The Nerd Kind", "Porklips Now", "2" , "The Dove"... I had almost 1000 VHS tapes and all but a handful or two ("The Wonder Years", and possibly "Fawlty Towers") are gone!!
