Anyone here remember a movie from the `70's called, "Lifeboat"?

It was about a bunch of people having a party and one suggested they play a game called, "Lifeboat" where they sit around a table and pretend they just came off a sinking ship and the life boat doesn't have room for all of them, only one or two people, and they have to decide, based on their virtues and value to society, who gets cast off from the boat and who survives. It becomes quite intense here and there.
The only person I can recall being in it was Eugene Roche, he played the part of the "squeaky clean" dish washer in the Ajax dish soap commercials in the late `60's. I've looked up his film credits on IMDb. com but that one doesn't show up and, if I look up, "Lifeboat", all I get is the Tallulah Bankhead movie from, the `40's about a real lifeboat.
