Is it just me, or tv shows/movies always over crowd police stations, hospitals, labs etc?

It probably makes people think that the show seems more exciting with all that action going on. But really, the whole planet is over crowded. People are everywhere. In the moonbat state I live in over 110 thousand people have fled to more citizen friendly states in 2023 and more will be gone this year and the traffic is still unbearable.
