As long as her target audience of teens & under 25 year olds buy her music she will still be relevant but ultimately like Maddona there's a shelf life.

While Jay Z is a powerful & super wealthy music producer. Jay Z could litteraly create the next Beyonce if he choose too. Jay Z is largely responsible for Beyonce career & fame.
