DC will never bless us with a good live action film that has a accurate Harley partnered with actual Joker it is what it is.
If you forced me I would say Margot sure but I still can't get over the fact they made that Joker, and also made him about a 5min character just for Harley and skipped practically any story of her working with him to just jump to she already hates him. That's more on the choices of film writers though than actress.

Margo Robbie. I haven’t seen the movie yet but I’m not in favor really of singers taking on acting rolls. Stay in your lane. Just cause she acted weird, dressed in a meat dress, etc, doesn’t mean she’s going to make a good Harley Quinn.
