At an estimate how many hours a week are you sat watching a TV screen and do you think its probably too many?

In the last past 5 years I haven't sat in front of the TV but I've had it on maybe 5 hours out of The last 5 years that I can hear it.
Just about any media on TV has an agenda and I mean I watch people communicate that watch NBC and ABC News and blah blah blah and their arguments because NBC and ABC believe in different things so now these two people believe in different things and it's a constant drama argue because they're both brainwashed not watching TV has made me realize a lot of things

if anything, I would watch some NFL games on TV but, since they decided to make it premium content and charge extra for it, I cancelled cable... and now I just "stream" the games from my PC... lol

On most days from morning to night or sometimes a few hours mostly but the full day to night or over night sometimes av been told from all my family and friends am the biggest movie buff they know
