How much screen time do you typically have?

Me, about the same, but maybe less. I study on my computer everyday for at least an hour I get distracted by Youtube videos. I find a lot of information on it too. But sometimes I have to take a break from it because apart from being here, besides the studying which I have to do, it serves no purpose except to be entertained. My sister is hooked on Facebook, Instagram and something else as well. I can't waste that much time.

Hard to say. I use different devices throughout the day. I would have to add them up, but I would say I am probably around the same amount as you or maybe slightly more.

A lot of that right now has to do with being on winter break from school.

Mine's all different hours I mean some days it's 2 hours some days is 5 . .6. it just depends on what I'm doing when I'm doing it and it's like right now there's a hundred things I should probably be doing but here I am and it's actually nice outside so I think I'm going out I got to go grocery shopping anyway I'll get more spend time when I get back LOL

Work typically accounts for 6 to 8 hours a day. Sometimes 3, sometimes as much as 12 if I need to get work done.

I try to cut down on the rest (smartphone, tv), but it probably all adds up to more than I should.

on my phone is not so much though, I do have bigger screens

Goofing off time is usually only this morning hour! After that my computer time is at the restaurant as I am placing orders for the groceries and alcohol we need replenished which some days takes several hours.
