If your work is not being on computer related like programming, coding etc - How much hours a day do you spend over screen?

If your job is related to such then - How much time do you spend for other than your work related?

Funny you ask since I left an app just to have less screen time.
7h and 33m today.
Usually it’s about 10h 57min, 13h 21min or 15 h 45min a day.
