Now that I'm taking a break from working it's gone down a lot. I used to spend 10hrs+ on a screen and now according to my phone it's down to 5hrs on peak days and that's saying something because sometimes I just leave a YouTube podcast on in the background while doing something else

About 6 - 10 hours a day mostly , but there can be some wild variations to that down to 0 and in excess of 12.


I do not care one bit about what Is thought safe or best , folk that try to tell me it’s too much i just dismiss as being out of touch with reality.

I've been trying to drop my phone screen time, gotten it down to about 4 hrs. But I do still use other screens, tv, computer, kindle. So overall prob still 8+ hrs depending on the day

More if I am forcing myself to relax. I would much rather be riding or up a ladder doing something physical. Two hours spread out would be plenty on my favored days.
