between six to eight hours...

after all... it is part of my job, working from home, lmao

the good thing is that I never really have to do it all at once... there are so many pauses and stops that it really doesn't affect me as much as if I were sitting all day

My job is kind of weird. I'm a pilot, so on an average day, when I'm flying, maybe six hours? We have a glass cockpit, with digital screens but my captain and I take turns monitoring it. It's protocol, so we don't start to get blurred vision. At home, maybe the same amount of time.

A lot. Somewhat uncountable since I got AR glasses cause when I go to bed I watch YouTube and it is variable as to how long I go to sleep. 8 or more hours laptop. X hrs glasses.
