They are all owned by mega-multinational corporations now where the movie studio is only a small part of their business.
Universal is actually Comcast, it used to be owned by Seagram's liquor, a company that goes back to before the First Civil War. I would be surprised if Sony (Columbia Pictures) is even 1% of Sony Group Corporation, the chairman in Japan might not even know anything about it, Paramount is owned by National Amusements in Massachusetts, an old-school movie theater company in a time when movie theaters hardly have any relevance at all anymore, Warners is owned by Advance Publications which is completely controlled by Samuel Newhouse's family (Samuel was born in the 1800s and died in the 1970s! his father goes back to the Romanoffs dynasty).
And you're forgetting Twentieth Century Fox, which was spun off to Disney after Fox broke up, but is still very much one of the majors, Netflix, which is the closest there is now to an olden days Hollywood movie studio, and Amazon, which is bigger by far than any of the rest. Jeff Bezos is probably the closest person there is to a Jack Warner or Harry Cohn or Samuel Goldwyn in the movie business, all old, hardcore Jews who escaped poverty in the Russian Empire to start the first movie studios over a hundred years ago.
These 6 or 7 guys who created Hollywood out of thin air are the reason every major industry is now (and always was) controlled by the very small minority of Jews (only 2% of the U. S. and 1/5 of 1% in the world, yet over 87% control over everything).
I hope you don't think it is any of those.
Christ on a cracker!
2nd even better than paramount.
