Top Favourite Animated Movies?

Ooof... tough one. There's so many that I like haha. But I think Shrek would be my most favorite. If you want me to be more specific, mainly the first 2 movies, not the 3rd or 4th. Of the first 2 movies Shrek 2 would probably come out on top, but it'd be close either way, lol.
Shrek is just an animated movie that's really stuck with me for some reason. It basically has everything that I like in one movie. Adventure. Comedy. Fantasy. Romance. Suitable for children but has plenty of adult jokes. It's touching and wholesome. The characters are all hilarious. The villains were somewhat intimidating yet humorous. Shrek himself is a mixture of rude, goofy, gentle, caring, gross, anti-hero, heroic, badass, and more. Etc.
I also love doing voice impressions of the characters, lol. Especially Shrek's Scottish accent.
As a kid I remember being scared of the scene where Farquaad was torturing Gingy because at the time I really liked Gingy, but I still loved it regardless. Lol.

By the time our family could afford Disney movies, I was too old to watch them. We started out as poor and worked our way up.
As an adult now , I still watch Disney๐ my inner child loves movie night Disney !
@Queenofhypotheticals yes it's okay for adults to watch Disney, but I have not been exposed to Disney in an intravenous way by my family since becoming a teenager. The movies I choose for myself are usually ideological or practically idealistic or lifestyle oriented.
I get what you are saying but if u are interested in seeing old Disney movies you should see if you would still enjoy them every now and then
@Queenofhypotheticals One thing that makes me curious is Toy Story. I did not like it as a kid but as an adult I think I would enjoy it.
I think you should try to watch it ๐ your feelings may change ! Are there any other shows or movies you were interested in?
@Queenofhypotheticals When I was a kid I wanted to watch 101 Dalmatians and All Dogs go to Heaven and Peter Pan.
Put that on a list of things u were interested in watching as a kid and make time to watch. What do u like to eat as snacks or drink?
You could eat grab those snacks and make time for those movies when u are ready. I realy think you'd enjoy it
I haven't watched either of those movies either. I'm gonna put that on a watch list too ๐
@Queenofhypotheticals I like to eat mixed snacks in a bowl. Any chips. I donโt buy them very often cause Iโm trying to burn fat.

Shrek 2 remains the undefeated champion, with the original Shrek and Toy Story 2 & 1 close behind.

Studio Ghibli movies, Spirited Away especially. There was this other one called Suzume that was really good too
Have you seen a lot of their movies? After watching all of them, i ended up caring less about spirited away๐ (it was still great but in general i had found more movies that i enjoyed more than it๐คทโโ๏ธ)
The ones that are sad are the best ones tho๐ข
