If I had to pick from the two you posted. The G. E. A. R. S. Franchise is really good. 4-5 are debatable, but the first three were really good

I don’t think it matters. I don’t remember if any of the characters are hard to understand. Unless I’m wearing a headset, I don’t hear voices very well from the TV which is why I use subtitles.

Can I buy a Soundbar for my RCA HDtv?

Should be able to. As long as the soundbar has the proper connection options for the TV. If you use a stereo, that hardware should have the necessary connections for most sound bars
