So for my cover idea

I was thinking about having a woman with long white hair and glowing red eyes.

sitting in a golden throne. Her face hidden in shadow with a large reptilian tail wrapped around the bottom of the throne. her arm slack on the armrest holding a crown dangling from her finger and black dripping down her arm and the crown creating a large inky pool of black ink on the floor.
