Is Fantasy a valid form of entertainment and writing, or all Fantastic stories nothing more than LIES?

i as an author feel like I violate my own conscience sometimes when writing fantasy, because ultimately all fantastic characters seem to contradict God himself upon re-examination, at least in at least some way.

Example: The Marvel comics notion of "Omega" mutants is inherently blasphemy, because there is no conceivable being who could be unlimited in Power except God.

I believe, a little bit of lies is an essential part for existence and for sanity in this chaotic world. Lies are bad only when we start believing that as complete truth and we get submerged into that or we try to start building our world on that base.

But lies give as comfort so that we could rest for some time to accumulate our energy to fight again with the reality.

If we see closely then the concept of God, faith, or hope those things also are part of some kind of lies as no one can ever prove those as true but that gives us strength to change our reality believing that some power is always with us.

But in reality we are actually doing those things alone. Fantasy is also same kind of lies that calm our mind down and give as some reason to believe that those things are possible. In reality those things are actually possible.

We have power to do much more than we ever know. It's fact. But to bring out that power we need some force some reason or some assurance that yes that happens yes someone else could do that so why not me.

Even when there is no such real example before us to convince ourselves but then those fantasy those lies only helps us to believe that such things such power do exist. And we could visualise that we could sense that and with the help of those lies we use our hidden power and make that reality true what our logical mind could never calculate that this much power was actually within us since always.

Fantastic stories also inspire people especially to small children to whom to understand the complex theories of mind power etc is tough. But the simplicity of such stories inspire them to see within themselves that what kind qualities they need to be strong like such super heroes. They inspire them to not give up or to do meaningful in this life or to do something to protect this world. That makes them to understand that there are bad people bad power also do exist with them they have to fight and should not give up. These stories teach them this all in simple words so i feel it's completely ok.

As they grow up they get fully aware in differentiating a real life with fantasy. So these lies are no way harming them. But the qualities they learnt remain always with them forever in a grown up version of themselves. So it's good.

A lot of people choose to emerse themselves in fantasy to escape the stress of real life.

Why do idiot authors call fictional characters "god"? The other day, someone on Quora called Rogue "god". When i was in High School, there was a Freshman who called himself "God" and then all the other students started calling him "God" perhaps being too stupid or ignorant to even know what the word "God" even means.
