Am I a veteran runescape player if I created my account in 2007?

I know I haven't been playing every day since then. Not even close. I havnt played in like 7 years. I forgot pretty much all the mechanics to the game, and would essentially be going back as a new player if I were to start again today, so I don't know if just having my account since 2007 automatically makes me a veteran.
