What was the last book you read?

So far, the last one I attempted to read several months ago was the most recent edition of Roger's Profanisaurus. I got as far as 18 pages and stopped. I'll pick it up again, soon, I guess. But, I wanna get other things done around here so, the reading will have to wait.
No, on second thought, it was a Peanuts book that was sent to me along with a couple others I ordered from Thrift Books. That was at least a few months ago if not late last summer.
Next, I have a new series of books on the recording sessions of The Beatles that I just got and am gonna dive into, soon.

I'm always reading at least two around the same time. Sometimes both fiction, sometimes one fiction and one non-fiction.

I need to finish re-reading Les Misérables by Victor Hugo. It's probably the fifth time already. It's an intense story, but beautifully told. Forget the many movie adaptations, none of them comes even close.

The last book I finished was Darkspell by Katherine Kerr. I just started the next book in the series. The books are considered Celtic fantasy. The style is different. It jumps around in time with different incarnations of the same characters.
