It is very twisted not so much disturbing but in the movie there is a prostitute who adopts these two boys and a trans girl (pixote Dito and lilica) at some point dito begins dating the prostitute and the kids shoot the men who are trying to get “the goods” from the prostitute. I’m pretty sure that pixote is the only left of the three due to gun violence in the movie but at the end pixote and the prostitute are mourning the deaths but pixote begins trying breastfeed from the prostitute, out of disgust she pushes him off the bed and then he leaves and walks away
