i would say Poison-Ivy. Poison-Ivy honestly has universal level threat level, and has a sense of morals. Poison ivy is essentially a dryad with the ability to not only use the green to traverse the plant root network to teleport, she also can create tree'ent armies, has a mastery of biochemistry, can grow & shrink, revive from plant cells, has the floramancy, and can terraform entire planets.

It is, and while he's just a person because his goal is to kill all life, and he's certainly capable of it. Hell, with some basic manipulation he was able to kill off an entire town, several children and dozens of adults.

Yeah he's awesome. I mean shit, the dudes idea of killing time was telling an orphan looking for his mom, that nobody loved or wanted him, and told him to keep looking. That ensuing search convinced him he was right. Did Johan get anything out of it? Nope. Another was convincing a bunch of kids they could fly and let them jump off buildings.
