Very eighties and nineties. I used to wear these kinds of badges, at one point even made my own with pictures cut from magazines and with a protective plastic layer on top. That was way before you could order cool stuff from web based providers.

And where is that warm place you are living at now? I live in southern Spain and can relate to this: too warm for leather except maybe for the 2 winter months. Leather is mostly reserved for motorcycling trips anyway.
