I listent to a lot mr nightmare videos on YouTube about terrifying true stories that happened to people.

The most scared I've ever been...

I was driving north on I-75 in Florida, around Sarasota, with moderate traffic. The speed limit is 70 mph (~110 kph), but we were all going about 85mph (~140 kph). If you've ever driven in Florida, you know that's fairly common.

Suddenly, traffic up ahead slowed own and came to a complete stop in all lanes. I slammed on the brakes, as did all the cars around me. By some miracle, no one hit anyone, though my car ended up no more than 6 inches (~15 cm) from the car in front of me; same for the car behind me.

My heart was beating faster than I've ever felt it. We all sat there for a few minutes before we all slowly got going. This time about 65 mph (~105 kph).

Interestingly, there was no accident, no cop or broken down vehicle on the side of the road. No idea why traffic suddenly stopped.

Then we heard all kinds of yelling from guys and girls I don't know what happened but my friend cracked our door open a little when things got quiet and saw security or cops.. there were two girls and she said two guys and they were all crying and scared. One of the scariest things that happened to me was during a solo trip to a remote area for an art festival. I got lost in the woods at night and my phone battery was dying. I had near death experience which shook me up but when my son was 10 or 11 years old we were at the fair. There was a double Ferris Wheel and my son wanted to ride on it. I told him we would go. This was the day I found out I was afraid of heights.

We got on this contraption and sat in one of the cars. There was a bar that went across us. The ride started and as we went up all of a sudden I was deathly afraid. My son was looking around and I was holding onto the bar with one hand and holding my son with the other. I kept telling myself that it was safe and we would get off soon. Still I ws frightened to death.
