Song? If you want depression music, you go to the 1989 album "Disintegration" by The Cure. It's the soundtrack for depression. It's considered one of the greatest albums in history. Don't take my word for it; take Kyle's:

But, the two darkest songs are "Prayers For Rain" and "Disintegration", the title track.

All Good Things Come An End, by Nelly Furtado. It almost always brings a tear to my eyes.

I love it because it's sad but tremendously uplifting. It's the perfect blend of mourning, acceptance and moving on. An acknowledgement of how special someone and something was while also seeing that what once was can't be that way any longer. Knowing that nothing will ever be the same and realizing that that needs to be okay.

I don't get overly depressed any more, so at my age I don't really have a song specifically for that. However, when I'm feeling a bit low, I put on "Romeo and Juliet" by Dire Straits, the live version. It's quite a poignant song for me.
