I listen to praise music when I’m sad, depressed or even angry. My favorite praise song to listen to and sing to when I’m feeling these things is I Surrender by Hillsong. I also listen to Wolf in Sheep’s Clothing by Set It Off when I’m pissed off. Those songs help me maybe it’ll help others too

Nothing cheers me up, only alcohol comes close, but the feeling is wearing off, and I'm having to drink more and more. I usually throw up or pass out before I've drank enough to get to that point
