+1 yI’m a very positive and emotionally resilient person.
Almost all the time, it’s people who lean on me for emotional support rather than the other way around. Whether it’s raising morale at work or encouraging a friend, I’m that guy. I’m also my significant other’s rock that she can always rely on.
It’s very difficult to get me down. Even a job loss is something I’m able to just shrug off and move forward about. Or if something really bad happens, I’m always able to put a positive spin on it.
I’m always one to look on the bright side and find the silver lining in everything.
That’s how I’m always able to stay positive for others around me.
So, if I’m truly down, it’s very difficult to ‘cheer’ me up — because it’s probably something major — like the death of a loved one.
In situations like that, the best thing one can do is not ‘cheer’ me up per se, but to comfort me through empathy and a listening ear.
As for my positive emotions, those will return on their own, after I have processed my pain.20 Reply

10 Reply before a week i could say things like movies, fanfictions, musics and animes but right now i think only thing that can cheer me up right now is either gaining the ability to enter the fanfiction i am reading back or don't needing to pass the kpss.

Asker+1 yWhat do you read? Can you share?
- +1 y
i'm a naruto fan so i read naruto fanfictions mostly sasuhina fanfictions or sasuke/itachi/kakashi crossovers at other anime verses like high school dxd, avatar the last airbender, bleach etc etc, i admit i read narusasu fanfictions too but i'm more interested in their feelings mostly platonic like brotherhood or vastly non-smut
i also read other anime fanfictions but most of the time i find the main character too boring so i stuck to sasuke fanfictions, i feel disheartened to even read zuko fanfictions cause most of the time they change zuko too much into a softie, yes he is a softie inside but not this blatantly and boringly.
Asker+1 yI'm aware of those fanfictions, my daughter reads it. I stuck on Jujutsu Kaisen. It will take some time before I move to another anime
