You sound like me. I feel a cold or something coming on I pop to Bear aspirin and put mouthwash in my mouth hold it in there for at least 5 minutes because that's where all cold that's where everything starts keep getting sick that's all there is to it I mean I am a big grub so before it even starts I try to take care of it I haven't been sick for over 10 years knock on wood
But if I feel something coming on I will sweat it out I will work it out sweat it out get physical and some type of way just to get a sweat going delete all the toxins out of my body go for a walk breathe in through your nose and out your mouth to get oxygen real oxygen into your body there's a couple other things I do that you're naughty and I guess I shouldn't say it but I do that and then lots of water water is one of the best things in the world for you there is a way to drink water if people don't understand or don't know about it did is really helpful but I try to sweat it I try to help somebody else do something that they're having troubles with can I just keep focused and motivated otherwise if I catch that cold or whatever it is then I might as well just locked myself in my room lol sleep for the day and hopefully everything I've done before hand kicks in and makes me snap out of it really quick

I look for variation and passive behaviour when I want to rest so I might watch a baking show while talking on the phone or eating popcorn with a female friend on our couch or play with her kids while discussing our personal lives and asking questions and updates, and I once brought a girl over for salad, we shared the cost of the ingredients at the store and then made it at her house. I used to like playing chess with my cousin on her marbles chess set. And I would watch shark documentaries on my uncles TV set, or work out in the sun room or visit a gym - it was an exciting time.
Nowadays whenever I feel low this following text takes place with my best friend :-
Me - Brooo
Friend - Yeah bark
Me - BROOOO
Friend - YEAH BARK!
Me - BRO, I FEEL LOW!
Friend - OMG you know what?
Me - I don't know
Friend - I also feel low ; (
Me - Let's die together
Friend - Yeah let's meet in heaven next time.
Me - Bold of you to assume we will go heaven. It's hell.
Friend - ;-;
And yeah the end. We just talk crap with each other and after finishing the crappy feeling within us is removed.

Distract yourself with something you do usually love. Take a break, get away from the things that are bothering you (if possible), and go easy on yourself for a bit.
I'll watch something on TV, read something of substance, write something hopefully of substance. You can also try music, but that one often doesn't work for me, because in bad emotional states I really don't connect to the music at all.
Or you can try to solve the problem of the main thing that's causing you to not be in a good mood. That one's tough, but it's the most productive, and will have the greatest impact.
P. S. I love your cow picture. Great choice. 👌Nature usually has a way of healing me. Whether it's warm and sunny with a gentle breeze or it's a moonlit night out, walking through a forest, by a lake or the ocean always makes my problems seem pretty far away. It grounds me and helps me organize my thoughts.
Listening to music you like, watching a concert on Youtube by a favorite band, going somewhere that you always wanted to go to, or go to a movie at the theater, read a mystery book, go for a nature walk (that always helps me), or go buy yourself that item you've been wanting for awhile. Hopefully it doesn't cost much. Even volunteering at a hospital.
People and hugs. Even guy hugs -- bro-hugs. I'm not gay. Group hugs. I don't even have to share my problems with them. I just need to be reminded that they're there.

Usually it's my younger brother that cheers me up. He's 14 when he was 13 I was depressed and he came in dancing like a belly dancer wearing a too small undershirt! I had to laugh. He's too funny!
