How do you deal with toxic users?

I had a few people throwing insults at me, so I used an insult back, and they block me usually.

I think this is the best way of getting rid of them forever. Most people here can't take their own medicine.

Yes i was about to say they can dish it out but can't take it back. It is bound to happen on a site like this, i usually block them if they are causing me particular problems.

Report and block. I don't give them the time of day. They want your attention. Don't give it.

I used to put up with them. Now I just block and forget.

I’ve always found blocking curious. I mean I get if someone is seeking them out and legit harassing, but getting offended by replies on an opinion seems like overkill. I know I’ve been blocked, but haven’t blocked anyone myself, yet.
