I'm a musician so I practice my horn and/or listen to music I like.
Actually I do that anytime regardless of my emotional state.
But a good ol' blues tune when you're feeling blue? Just listening to one depresses me even more, but playing it certainly helps.
But if you don't play any instruments and/or feel you need to talk to anyone, feel free to message me. I only don't do so because I don't hsve any friends.

Depends on why I'm down, but talk to my sisters, or my brother, parents, friends. I'm pretty open about my problems. If it's something weird maybe ask strangers on the internet haha.

It depends. Music or exercise can help sometimes. Tv (comedies) sometimes helps. Friends/family or just getting out of the house sometimes helps. Or sometimes I just have to be alone and ride it out.
When i am deppressed about something i tell myself that what is done can't be undone, so i have to look further. Literally, i cheer myself, yes.
Listen to music, go for a walk, a drive, play video games, talk to friends, and sleeping. Oh and ZUMBA!!!
